Challenge

A tech start-up which had been operating for two years and was providing a unique product for the betting market, was in a difficult situation due to the lack of a clearly defined direction for development. The uniqueness of the product, based on a self-learning algorithm, aroused the investors’ interest, but it was not enough to encourage customers to actively use the service.

The Solution

A comprehensive analysis of the competitive environment was carried out, including the product offer and channels for reaching customers. As a result, a product development map was prepared along with accompanying promotional and marketing activities. We selected and contracted an external supplier responsible for providing a technological solution that suited the company’s needs.

The project led to an increase in sales which allowed them to get much closer to the break-even point, and above all to attract additional investors and stabilise the company’s situation.
